Sandy White went above and beyond our expectations during the planning and booking process for our Mediterranean cruise. Just returned from a Celebrity cruise to Italy & Greece with Sandy and Chandler. Wow! We could not have asked for a better experience. My husband and I have not been on many cruises, so I really wasn’t sure what all needed to be done or what questions to ask. Sandy took care of everything including the insurance, flights, hotels, and transfers. She went above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure our cruise was a smooth one. Sandy and Chandler put together a spectacular pre-cruise itinerary and a post cruise excursion that made our trip that more memorable. Thank you, Sandy for all your help. Sandy put together an amazing cruise tour for us through Princess. We spent time in Fairbanks and Denali before boarding a train for a day of magnificent views on the way to the Royal Princess. We had stops in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan. The ship was spectacular with delicious food and great entertainment. We disembarked in Vancouver and added an extra day in Victoria to go to Buchart Gardens. It was definitely worth the extra time. Sandler Travel booked our cruise to Cuba. With the ever changing requirements for paperwork, visas, among other things .. they kept us up to date and problem free. It was the perfect trip! During Covid, we had a cruise planned for January 2021. We decided in July we would not be traveling even if the cruise happened. Sandy and Chandler stayed in touch with us and encouraged us to wait till our final payment was due to cancel. This allowed us to wait to see if Carnival canceled which would allow us a full refund and possible onboard credit. The due date came and Carnival had not canceled so we were out the deposit. Sandy let me know that she would watch to see if Carnival ended up canceling and try to get the deposit also applied to a future cruise. Finally, on November 18th Carnival did cancel and Sandy was able to get us a full refund as well as an Onboard Credit for each stateroom. I have several friends that booked on their own that not only did not get any Onboard Credit but no refund on the payments they had made. Using Sandy & Chandler cost me nothing and it is well worth the time it saves me researching and now they got me over 1200 extra dollars to spend on my next trip. What a great cruise thanks to Sandy and Chandler! We just returned from our first 14 day cruise to the Panama Canal and we loved it. We were not sure about being on a ship for so long but it was great and we did not notice the length at all. I think we have booked six cruises with Sandy and Chandler and have two more on the books including another 14 day in Jan 2020. No plans to book through any other.
